We have established a standardized marketing network and a mature technical service management system nationwide. To ensure product support, we offer an 18-month complimentary warranty.
For in-warranty products, Canroon’s engineers provide fast, timely, and efficient no-charge repairs. For out-of-warranty products, users will still receive fee-based technical support from our professional team.
After-sales service commitment
1.Warranty Period
a. 18-month complimentary warranty: Starting from the shipment date, under normal use conditions, free warranty service covers any failure or damage within 18 months.
b. Chargeable repairs during warranty (applicable to):
① Faults/damages caused by improper installation, storage, or usage;
② Failures arising from non-intended use;
③ Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly;
④ Human errors (e.g., liquid spills, incorrect wiring);
⑤ Force majeure (e.g., lightning, earthquakes).
c. Lifetime fee-based maintenance for out-of-warranty products.
d. 3-month warranty for repaired parts (from Canroon’s delivery date).
2.Support Hours: 24/7 phone consultation.
3.Response Time: Service center staff will answer calls within 3 rings.
